thought I'd start things off with a cool video---Stan Getz with John Coltrane jamming on Monk's Hackensack...with Oscar Peterson on piano!--quite the combination...:)

Love the new site!
It's great to have a blog too, so we can see what's going on in the mysterious mind of the musician.
Interesting that you posted the Oscar Peterson video, when I was just asking you if you know his song 'Blues for Big Scotia'!
I'm looking forward to the Kirkland Uncorked event.
I managed to secure my ticket last night, so I will be able to enjoy some great Foster jazz along with some great wine in 'my village'.... talk about a good combination. Fingers crossed for awesome weather.
